Outstanding content that I consumed this week

Some of the content this week comes from articles I booked-marked a while ago and are so good that I just keep coming back to them for inspiration, and some I’ve only just discovered. Either way, all are absolute gems in my opinion. Enjoy.

1. Creativity isn’t something that you either have or, god forbid, you don’t. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; everyone and anyone can be creative, you just have to know where and how to look for it.  And this article can this article can help you find it.
2. I wrote a blog earlier in the week which was inspired by this podcast. In fact I’ve been inspired by a lot of Tim Ferriss’ podcasts lately, so they’ll probably crop up regularly in my weekly roundup. Which is a good thing.
3. Writing a catchy headline for every blog post can be taxing. Wit isn’t always readily available, no matter how good a copywriter you are. Whenever I’m suffering from ‘clever headline-block’, I go back to this article for advice and inspiration and it works every time.
4. I’ll leave you with a quote which I thought made explaining content marketing to a novice simple. It’s by Jay Baer “content marketing is the new brochure. Social media is the new telephone”.
My round-up is a two-way street and I’d love to hear what you think I should be consuming next week…
